We Don't Just Print Your Artwork
We Help Make It Work
One thing we've noticed with AI-generated artwork is that it doesn't always take printable sizes into account.
Your design might look perfect on screen, but when it comes to printing, it may need a few small adjustments.
For example:
- A cake wrap might be slightly too large (or too small)
- The side panels might not match the shape of your cake.
- Text might be too small once printed.
- A detailed design might need splitting over several icing sheets.
The good news is that these are usually simple problems to solve.
Most AI artwork we receive only needs a small adjustment before it's ready to print.
We'll always check your design and, if we think something could be improved, we'll let you know before we print anything.

A Recent Customer Story
One of our recent customers created an incredible Funko Pop-inspired birthday cake using AI.
The design looked fantastic, but the artwork had been created around the finished cake rather than the printable icing sheets.
After checking the measurements, we noticed the side panels were rectangular instead of square.
We suggested a few small changes before printing and explained why they would make fitting the cake much easier.
The customer updated the artwork, we checked everything again and the finished edible prints were ready to use.
Sometimes it's only a small adjustment that makes all the difference.

Every Design is Personally Checked
When your artwork arrives, we'll check:
- Is the image good enough quality?
- If you have provided information about your cake size, we'll check the design will fit your cake.
- Will any text print clearly?
- Are there any obvious issues we can improve?
- Can we make the artwork work better as an edible print?
We will do everything we can to make sure its printed to the best quality and size to suit your cake, If we can't fix any issues, we will let you know before we print so we can come up with a solution together.
We'd much rather spend a few extra minutes getting everything right than send you something that isn't exactly what you were hoping for.

We're always honest about what we can and can't do.
While we can help prepare your artwork for printing, we don't create complete cake designs from a written prompt.
AI can generate hundreds of different designs from the same description and only you know exactly how you'd like your finished cake to look.
Once you've created a design you're happy with, we'll help make sure it's suitable for printing onto edible icing sheets.
A Little About Us
Edible Prints actually started because I was making celebration cakes myself.
20 years ago I began printing edible images for my own cakes. Friends soon started asking if I could print theirs too and, over time, that slowly grew into the family business we have today.
Because I understand both cake decorating and edible printing, I know how frustrating it can be if an edible image doesn't quite fit or doesn't print as expected.
That's why I genuinely enjoy helping customers work through those little problems.
Sometimes it's simply choosing a different size, improving the image quality or making a tiny adjustment that makes the finished cake look even better.

Our edible wafer discs have a shelf life of 6 months when
stored in a cool, dry environment.
How should they be stored?
Store in original packaging, in a cool dry place, away from
moisture and heat.
Are they suitable for cocktails?
Yes — commonly used on cocktail foam or placed directly onto
dessert surfaces.
